Biography
Mr Bowling is extremely skilled in performing surgeries across the abdomen and thorax. He has a passion for laparoscopic surgery. He works as a substantive NHS Consultant and has a healthy private practice.
Regularly providing nearly 400 operations per year. With over 200 hernia repair being performed per year.
He has trained in 15 different hospitals across three countries including the USA to acquire the skills he has.
He has training in neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, trauma surgery, urology and general surgery.
His consultant practice began in Torbay years ago and covers upper GI surgery both elective and emergency of the stomach, bowel, gallbladder, hernia, trauma, endoscopy and antireflux surgery.
Mr Bowling also is an expert in oesophageal dysmotility and reflux disorders of the oesophagus.
